CoVault is the system AYA built to stop treating the inbox as a filing cabinet. Files sit on storage the organization owns; the permissions and the record of every action sit in a database we run. Nine modules (files, sharing, review, search, projects, notices, co-editing, chat and administration) under one set of rules.
The store holds the bytes. The database holds the authority: who may see a file, who did see it, and which version was approved. Splitting the two means the storage layer has no opinion about who you are.
