Two wings, one mission
A non-profit that strengthens public health systems, paired with a social enterprise that supplies quality-assured medicines. Trading surpluses fund the mission.
How our model worksAYA Collective is an African non-profit working with governments, donors, and partners to strengthen health systems and widen access to quality reproductive, maternal, and newborn care across Ghana and West Africa.
Built jointly by the Ghana Health Service and AYA Collective, rsLog is the national platform for family planning and comprehensive abortion care records. It captures services at the point of care, works offline, and feeds Ghana's national health system with cleaner, faster, more reliable data.
Designed for providers, district managers, regional directors, and national teams who need clear, timely visibility into service data quality, reporting completeness, and stock status.

Purpose-built for service providers and facility staff who need a reliable workflow for daily entry, stock updates, and timely monthly reporting.

A polished iPhone experience for providers and facility staff who need secure access to daily service entry, monthly summaries, and reporting workflows on iOS.
Where we work
From our headquarters in Accra, AYA partners with governments and health workers in four countries, run as one connected region so programs, data, and supply chains move faster.
Based in Accra and rooted in the communities we serve, we work with governments and partners to build health systems that outlast any single project, and to put reproductive and maternal care within everyone’s reach.
About AYA Collective
From family planning to safe delivery and newborn care, AYA works where the need is greatest, alongside health workers and communities so that quality care becomes the norm, not the exception.
