AYA Collective works with governments, donors, and partners to design, implement, and sustain public health programs that improve access to quality care, especially for underserved communities.

  • Technical assistance to Ghana Health Service on reproductive, maternal, newborn, and adolescent health
  • Institutionalization of Comprehensive Abortion Care across public health facilities in Ghana
  • Research, monitoring, and evaluation, including the MEBCI 2.0 external evaluation
  • Health information systems strengthening and digital data infrastructure, including GHS Electronic Medical Records Systems and rsLog
  • Capacity building, provider training, mentorship, and advocacy for policy reform

AYA Health Access Platform

AYA’s health access platform supports the non-profit mission by improving the availability, affordability, and responsible distribution of essential reproductive health products and services.

All activities under this platform are designed to advance public health goals, strengthen access for underserved populations, and support the long-term sustainability of AYA’s non-profit work.

  • Support for access to FDA-registered reproductive health medicines, including Femiprist and Misoprin
  • Responsible distribution of essential reproductive health products through approved health channels
  • Partnerships with pharmacies, clinics, and service delivery points to improve access to quality care
  • Support for affordable and subsidized services for underserved populations
  • Reinforcement of public health programs through mission-aligned product access, data systems, training, and service delivery support
