Albert Owusu Nyame is the Director of Finance and Administration at AYA Collective, bringing more than 19 years of experience across local and international non-profit organizations. He leads the organization’s financial and administrative functions, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, audits, risk management, and internal controls. He also oversees financial reporting to donors and partners, ensuring transparency, compliance, and strong stewardship of resources.
Albert is responsible for maintaining a clear and up-to-date view of the organization’s financial position and for supervising finance, accounting, and administrative teams to support effective operations across AYA’s programs. His approach combines strong financial management with practical operational oversight to ensure systems are efficient and aligned with organizational goals.
Before joining AYA Collective, Albert held several leadership roles, including General Manager at Wadoma Royale Hotel and Finance and Administration Manager at Willows International, an NGO focused on reducing maternal mortality and morbidity. At Willows, he was a key member of the management team and was recognized for fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Albert holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Ghana.
