Albert Owusu Nyame

Meet Albert, the Director of Finance and Administration at AYA Collective. He brings with him over 19 years of experience, spanning both local and international NGO sectors. In his role, Albert oversees the organization's financial responsibilities, including financial planning, analysis, and risk assessment. He is responsible for ensuring a constant awareness of the organization's financial position, overseeing budgeting, audits, and internal control processes, as well as financial reporting to donors and partners. He also sets targets and supervises administration, finance, and accounting personnel. Prior to joining AYA Collective, Albert held a variety of roles, including General Manager at Wadoma Royale Hotel and rising through the ranks to become Finance and Administration Manager at Willows International, an NGO dedicated to reducing maternal mortality and morbidity. As a member of the management team at Willows International, he was recognized for inspiring his colleagues to excel and fostering a creative work environment that positively impacted overall productivity. Albert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a Master's in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Ghana.
